I am Tmera Bradley, and no, I did not misspell my own name as so many people ask. There are pros and cons to having a less than common name - cons being that no one can seem to pronounce it, and if so they can’t remember it the next day. One of the pros is that I am the only Tmera at USU, the only Tmera anyone I meet knows. It makes me unique and distinct. I’ve had people tell me that my name sounds "exotic," while others choose the word “interesting” after a long pause. I prefer to believe the exotic comments.
I am a freshman from Howell, Utah enjoying my second semester at Utah State University. While I am currently undecided in matters of an academic major, I plan to enter the wonderful world of Broadcast Journalism with a minor in Speech Communication. I generally get my news online and my entertainment from movies. My car radio is on most of the time and I sing along with everyone from Leona Lewis to Bruno Mars.
Life isn’t all about school with me; I know how to have fun. I have many hobbies that include digital photography and photo editing, reading, singing, and music of all kinds. I was a classically trained pianist from 1994-2010 and have competed in numerous events including the annual USU Piano Festival and Utah State Fair.
Summer is by far my favorite season because of its carefree nature. I love slipping on some flip flops on my way out the door, and no one caring that my long, naturally sun-streaked hair is wet and wavy from waterskiing or swimming. I love soaking up a sun-drenched afternoon on a sandy beach, watching the foamy waves through gold tinted lenses, or spontaneously running through a rain bird sprinkler that’s showering a fluffy green lawn. Just as sunshine brings light and warmth to the sky, it likewise can always bring a smile to my face.
Like most of us girls, I love shopping and wearing stylish clothes. I can find joy in pleasures as simple as misting myself with a woodsy floral scent or dangling some sparkling jewelry from my ears. I don’t pretend to be a glamour queen, but I like people to accept me for who I am.
I am a quick, enthusiastic person with a cheerful and friendly personality who is outgoing and perceptive. I find people appreciate and respond to wit rather than obnoxiousness, therefore I know how to have a sense of humor without being a clown.

And. . . that's only a particle of the real Tmera.
